From the Instructor

"Sourdough began for me as a meditation, a way to slow down and pay attention. I teach so others can find that same quiet joy."

Every workshop is an invitation to step out of the rush of life and into a timeless practice. Whether you are a complete beginner or a curious home baker, you will leave with a living starter, a finished loaf, a shaped loaf to bake the next day, a bannaton basket, a scoring tool, and the confidence to continue the tradition.

Workshops are kept small — limited to six guests — to ensure a focused, intimate experience. Perfect for Airbnb guests, rental visitors, and anyone seeking a mindful afternoon on the coast.
